Currently Hiring: Residential Remodeler Leadman
We are now looking to grow our team. If you are a highly motivated craftsman who can work independently as well as part of a team and enjoy the accomplishment of improving customers living environment this could be the right position for you.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years experience in all phases of remodeling / building experience
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Personal vehicle is required, preferably a truck
- Must have personal hand tools
- Drug free
- Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Honest, truthful and positive attitude at all times
- Organization, problem solving, decision making, planning and leadership skills are a must
- Must be able to predict obstacles, challenges and how to overcome
- Work effectively with others to meet job goals
- Multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently
- Organized and efficient
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review job specifications, determine and acquire materials and tools needed to perform job
- Communication with customers to answer questions and give details of job progression
- Complete job in timely manner to meet or exceed project goals
- Oversee, schedule and organize subcontractor production
- Assure highest quality from our team and subcontractors
